Submissions must be postmarked or emailed by Friday, April 20, 2012.

How long after receiving the award must the internship take place?
The internship must take place within one calendar years of the winner receiving his/her award.

Are graduating seniors eligible for the award?
Yes, as long as the internship is taken within one year of winning the award.

If I am a full-time student but my articles have been in published in professional publications, can they be submitted?
No, only articles that were written for a school sanctioned university publication or Web site can be submitted.

Is my personal blog or blog entry eligible?
No, only articles and columns which have appeared on university sanctioned Web sites.

Is there a submission fee?
No, there is no submission fee.

The submission form asks for the articles as they have appeared in the paper, but I no longer have the paper.
Articles can be taken off the Web site of the college paper in which the article originally appeared.
